We bring varied backgrounds and skills to our roles, but we are all here to love and support you.
Meghan attended USC-Coastal Carolina and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Toledo. She began her career in senior living at Traditions at West Park Place as the Community Relations Director and brings over a decade of experience to Traditions of Grove City. Meghan is passionate about seniors and creating a dynamic team serving seniors.
“I never imagined how helping someone make a difficult decision to move into a community could also change my life. This community feels like home. Knowing that we are serving a generation that contributed so much to the world is really special. It is so important to be fully present in my role. My door is always open, and I love having visitors in my office or stopping by a group of card players to say hello. I want to be there to celebrate successes and address concerns, fully immersed in our community. We want our residents and families to have the comfort of knowing their every need will be met.” Meghan has three grown children: Avery, Peyton, and Finley.

With a strong background in hospitality and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives, Stephanie Fair found her calling in senior living. She loves creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where residents and families feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. For Stephanie, the most rewarding part of her work is watching someone move in feeling unsure and gradually grow to feel truly at home.
"I’m passionate about senior living because I truly enjoy building relationships and helping families through what can be a very emotional and overwhelming time. Many people don’t realize how complex it can be to find the right level of care, and I love being able to guide them through that process and make it feel less stressful."
Outside of work, Stephanie loves discovering new restaurants, planning weekends around great food, and spending quality time with friends and family. She’s also the proud dog mom of Archie, her energetic goldendoodle.
