Meghan is passionate about seniors and creating a dynamic team serving seniors.

“I never imagined how helping someone make a difficult decision to move into a community could also change my life. This community feels like home. Knowing that we are serving a generation that contributed so much to the world is really special. It is so important to be fully present in my role. My door is always open, and I love having visitors in my office or stopping by a group of card players to say hello. I want to be there to celebrate successes and address concerns, fully immersed in our community. We want our residents and families to have the comfort of knowing their every need will be met.” Meghan has three grown children: Avery, Peyton, and Finley.

Joan Million

Community Relations Director : Joan Million

Joan Million is the Community Relations Director at Traditions of Grove City. Joan’s father was diagnosed with Parkinson's when she was just nine years old. She watched her mom struggle to be his caregiver, work full time, and take care of their family. Her experience with her dad inspired her to work in senior living. "I am dedicated to painting a clear picture of what it's like to live in a community. I firmly believe no one should have to sacrifice dignity because they need care assistance."

Joan is a lifelong learner and enjoys watching true crime documentaries while she crochets stuffed animals.
