"Our family has been using the services at Traditions Grove City for going on 2 years. Our father was first in the independent living facility and now in the assisted care facility. Both facilities are well maintained and the cleanliness so far has been exceptional. The appearance is more like an upscale hotel. You don't feel as if you are in an assisted care facility. There are many amenities and activities for the residence to participate in daily to keep them entertained, especially for those who cannot leave the facility. Family is welcome to participate as well. We have been very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and how welcoming they have been to our family, especially our dad. It was a difficult transition for him to move from his family home and then to give up most of his independence. The staff has taken steps to make sure he feels welcomed and part of the Traditions family. They have also taken the time to get to know dad and treat him with dignity and respect. The communication between the staff and family has been very good as well. They have kept us informed on any concerns regarding our dads care as well as things in general that might be happening around the facility.
