Ruthe Joseph, our featured employee of the month, comes to us from Grove City Senior Living in Grove City, Ohio.
Ruthe is a Resident Assistant and has been with Grove City Senior Living for 1 year and 3 months. Ruthe loves interacting with our residents and getting to know their stories, which allows her to provide exceptional, personalized care. “I love taking care of my residents,” Ruthe said. Ruth was born in Haiti and raised in the Dominican Republic. She speaks four different languages! Ruthe is married, and when she’s not working, she enjoys shopping and going out with friends. “Ruthe is the definition of dedication — always hardworking, always with a smile on her face.
